Team Jet is a training group focused on helping people achieve their goals in biking, swimming, and running. A variety of different clinics are available for people of all atheletic ability whether you are just begining or trying to reach that goal of a sub 3 hour marathon. The clinics usually meet from two to three days a week and include warming and stretching before each work out. Clinics can range anywhere from 2 to 4 hours depending on the workout. Longer workouts are usually in the mornings on the weekends. Please see the trainings clinics page for more details on any clinic you are interested in attending. You do not have to attend all sessions of a clinic in order to join, just come to as many meetings as you feel is necessary.
There are clinics for triathlons, marathons, half-marathons, etc. Examples of events we have trained for in the past include the Honolulu Marathon, the Hibiscus Half Marathon, the Honolulu Triathlon, and many more... Just show up to any clinic during it's designated time to join that team. See the calendar to see when and where they meet. The experienced coaches create a friendly and relaxed atmosphere free of expectation. They provide helpful tips on achieving your personal goals and are trained in helping to prevent injuries due to lack of technique or experience.
