Work on off season strength/endurance, technique & skills including for those interested, bike races as part of the BikeFactory OuickRelease/Team Jet Cycling Team. The controlled environment of a turbo trainer allows you to isolate and concentrate on specific cycling fitness and technique and will be the focus of our training Monday evenings. For those with heart rate monitors, we will teach you how to manage your training from training too hard on hard days or too hard on easy days. This helps you periodize your workouts so that you can incorporate the concepts of overload (stress) and adaptation (recovery).
